Parmele, McDermott & Thomas is an insurance brokerage and consulting firm servicing technology, venture capital and other commercial enterprises.

Our goal is to establish long-term relationships with you providing a commitment to teamwork, extensive knowledge of the industry and integrity.

The company was established in 1980 and has offices in Princeton, NJ and Staten Island, NY. We have over 300 corporate clients located throughout the Northeast and also in the states of California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. We employ five partners, an associate and a support staff of eight Administrative Assistants.

The company is affiliated with McDermott & Thomas Associates which is a Charter Member of United Benefits Advisors (UBA). UBA is a national network of independent advisory firms located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
